1. Choose Your Expedition
Start by selecting the expedition that excites you. From remote mountain treks to jungle adventures, pick the journey that calls to you. Signing up is simple—just fill in a few details, pay a small deposit, and you’re all set to begin your adventure.
2. Recieve your portal login
After signing up, you’ll get access to your personalised portal, where you can find all the essential details for your expedition. From itineraries and kit lists to flight information and other important documents, everything you need to prepare is just a click away.
3. Meet the Team Online
The first step to any great expedition is meeting your team. We’ll host a short, informal online presentation where you’ll get to know your fellow adventurers and your leader. We also set up a WhatsApp group so you can chat and get a feel for the group dynamic before the training weekend. It’s all about ensuring you’re comfortable and excited about the journey ahead.
4. Join the Training Weekend
When you’re happy with the group, you’ll sign up for the UK based training weekend — an experience focused on bonding as well as learning key expedition skills. We carefully handpick participants to ensure the best group chemistry. This weekend is more than preparation; it’s about building friendships, sharing stories, and creating a strong team dynamic that will set the stage for your expedition.
5. Commit to the Adventure!
If the team feels right, the cost of the training weekend is subtracted from your final expedition price. But if the group isn’t the perfect match for you, no worries — you can join the next training weekend and find your ideal team. We want to make sure you embark on your journey with a group you’re excited to travel with.
