So many reasons to travel with us

UK-Based Leader on This Trip

No surprises. Your expedition is led start-to-finish by a highly experienced and CE-trained leader who handles everything — logistics, First Aid, wellbeing, decisions — so you can focus on the experience.

Ethical to the Core
We pay local teams fairly, use reputable in-country partners, and invest in the communities we visit. You travel knowing others benefit too.

Safety First, Always

Our expeditions are risk-assessed, medically briefed and monitored 24/7 by our UK ops centre. This isn’t just an adventure, it’s a well-managed one.

Carbon Positive, Not Just Neutral

We offset at least 120% of your trip’s carbon footprint through verified climate projects. No Greenwashing here.

Getting There

International flights aren’t included in your booking, but we’ll recommend affordable, efficient options to get you to the right place at the right time. We’ll usually suggest a specific flight—often the one your expedition leader is on—and most of the team will be on the same one unless arriving early.

You’ll fly into Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM), ideally arriving on Day 1 (the day before we meet as a group). Day 2 is the official start of the expedition, when your Crux expedition leader will greet you at the hotel, run the initial briefing, and get everything underway.

Once booked, you’ll get access to your Crux portal, which includes flight advice, arrival instructions, and a private forum to coordinate with your teammates. There's also a WhatsApp group, where you can chat with the leader and others, ideal if you'd like to meet before departure or even fly in together.

Flexible Payment Plans Available

We know that booking an expedition is a big commitment — so we’ve made paying for it as simple and flexible as possible.

  • Pay in full → Secure your place instantly and save a little on the overall cost.

  • Deposit & instalments → Lock in your spot with a low, non-refundable deposit, then spread the balance over easy instalments.

Either way, your money is fully protected. All payments are handled securely, with clear deadlines and no hidden fees. And if your plans change, we’ll always take a fair and understanding approach.

Book with confidence knowing your place is safe, your payments are secure, and your expedition is in expert hands.
